Jayent Mishra | Founder and CEO
Jayent Mishra, FCA and GMP from IIM Indore. Started his career with Shalimar Paints Ltd., Kolkata as a Management Trainee before joining TATA International Ltd. as a Management Accountant. He then ventured on his own as a Management & HR Consultant in 1988. This was the first Management Consultancy in Central India then. His last assignment was with DB Corp Ltd (Dainik Bhaskar Group) as a Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) from year 2000 to 2010. He continued in the same organization till 2012 as a National Head (Product & BTL) and part of the national leadership team. DB Corp has over 10,000 employees at 60+ locations within the country.
Widely travelled, he has attended international conferences and is a prolific writer in daily newspapers, knowledge/media sites and magazines. He blogs at http://peoplelive.wordpress.com
Now as a Founder & CEO of People Live Consulting, he brings in his expertise of providing Generic HR Solutions for wide range of industries and also mentoring corporate learning workshops on soft skills as a chief facilitator.
Hemant Mishra, Principal Consultant | Director of a brand consultancy
Hemant has expertise in the sales and marketing functions and is associated with People Live as a Chief Resource and an expert in the sale & Marketing vertical. Hemant Mishra is the founder Director of a brand consultancy firm "Neeti Brand Solutions" which operates from Mumbai. Hemant is an electrical engineer with MBA in marketing from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has also done advanced management course from Columbia University, USA. Neeti Brand Solutions is a strategic brand consultancy firm, which can provide end-to-end marketing solutions to increase sales and business prospects of its clients.
Hemant has more than 30 years experience in sales, marketing & strategy development. Some of the key brands managed by Hemant during last three decades have been Thums up; Limca; Maaza Mango; Captain Cook salt, Charak, Bajaj Almond drop Hair oil, Tiger balm, Zandu, JetKing and many more. Hemant likes teaching in Management schools and occasionally writes articles and blogs.
He collaborates with People Live for conducting workshops for Sales and Marketing teams for our client companies.
Pranav Mishra | Consultant
Col Pranav Mishra, Consultant is ex-Armed Forces, an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur with specialization in HR and has over 15 years of experience in core HR functions viz talent recruitment and corporate trainings. He was DGM-HR with DB Corp Ltd till 2008 and also the head HR & Admin in Sunrise Industry in Africa.
He collaborates with us on our outbound training workshops.
Meghana Wagh | HR Analyst and Senior Training Coordinator
Holds a degree in B.E. (Electronics and Communications) M.B.A. (HR) from IMS DAVV, Indore. She has more than a decade's experience in Academics and her last assignment was as an Academic Associate with IIM, Indore (2014-2017). After leaving the Academics, she worked independently as a consultant and coordinator with different assignments in the industry. She will be coordinating the HR interventions including experiential training to corporate clients.
Along with this, she is also associated with the Art of Living as a part-time faculty since 2010 and is a practitioner of yoga and meditation.
