Broadly we provide 2 services to any organization namely:

• "HR Interventions" which include Organization design, HR Environment audit, Framing KRAs, Competency Mapping, introducing Employee Engagement Initiatives, designing KRA based Performance Management Systems, and framing of HR Employee Policies for the organization.
• Corporate Training customized to the Organization needs. These trainings are experiential training in the form of half day, full day and 2 day workshops for cross functional groups on soft skills where the methodology is a mix of classroom and outdoor exercises.

B. What is your USP and how are you different from other HR Solution providers in MP?

We are the only Professional set up who are providing Core HR Solutions to instill strong HR practices in the Organization. We are the only team of professionals providing such consultancy in Central India and perhaps in bordering States of Gujarat & Rajasthan. Well we cannot comment about the other consultancies but as per our research all are placement & recruitment agencies.
