I came in contact with Jayent Mishra, Founder & CEO of People Live Consultants through his in house magazine "Human Bell" in the year 2014. The content was fresh with a mix of humor and management learnings and a good read; which had a huge impression on me and was one of the reasons for hiring "People Live" as the human resource advisors to our group.
During the last 2 years he has been responsible in creating functional KRAs for our leadership team, framing our policies, departmental restructuring, experiential training to our senior and middle level staff and generally providing his valuable inputs in course of his visits.
Though he has conducted many training programs for our different departments and cross-functional teams in Pithampur and Kashipur, I would like to single out one of the outdoor training programs UDAAN conducted for our sales and marketing department. This workshop provided the necessary impetus and definite change in attitude which he again cemented with his "FOLLOW UP" workshop, which to me was a very innovative method of closing any workshop.
I am sure with his hands on approach and vast experience he will be able to contribute to organizations which are looking for transformation.
