Once the HR systems, procedures and policies are in place and there is a need to hand hold implementation, we can be retained as HR advisors till it can be handed over to somebody responsible enough in the organization.
The period of engagement would depend on when the organization is ready to implement and execute on its own the systems and policies introduced in the organization by People Live Consulting.
They can be retained for specified periods which can extend beyond 12 months on a monthly / quarterly professional fees where we function as HR advisors for any issue involving HR including new initiatives customized to the organizations needs.
Under this module, People Live would be engaged in the transformation process from concept to execution and handed over to the process owner on completion of the assignment.
